Embarking on a quest to celebrate the simple pleasures in life – eating well and celebrating with friends – the restaurant focuses on a "shared experience."
SUGARCANE raw bar grill is conveniently located on Restaurant Row at the entrance to Sands convention center. It features an open floor plan inspired by traditional Cuban architecture with a mix of organic textures, wrought iron detailing, and vintage lighting. Branding options include three drop-down screen with projectors and two flat-screen TVs. There is also a full service wrap-around bar featuring over 125 boutique rums!
Due to covid our seating capability is now 120 (tables 6ft apart, no more than 6 per table).
