Zeppola Cafe is owned and operated by the Di Michele family, who have owned and operated restaurant concepts for the past 20 years, including Numero 28 with locations in New York, Texas and Florida.
Wanting to bring traditional and authentic sweets and pastries from Italy to New York City, their home away from home, they opened Zeppola Cafe in March 2020, using generations-old recipes from their grandmother, Eugenia.
In 2022, they expanded to Las Vegas, combining the classic bakery experience from New York with a full-service upscale restaurant experience. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Zeppola Cafe showcases a traditional “old world” Italian experience in the heart of Las Vegas at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
With quality and passion at the cornerstone of Zeppola Cafe’s core values, guests can expect a wide variety of dishes and baked goods made from scratch daily using the freshest ingredients in a unique dining experience.
In the bakery, Zeppola Cafe offers everything from bomboloni, a specialty Italian doughnut filled with cream, to croissants, banana bread, apple cakes, fruit tarts, cannolis and panettone. The breakfast menu features ricotta pancakes, cremini mushroom omelet and smoked salmon eggs benedict, while the lunch and dinner menus include baccala mantecato, prosciutto e parmigiano, a variety of pastas and sandwiches, pinsa romana, filet mignon, branzino, chicken parmesan and more. An extensive wine and cocktail list complements the menu.
