Renowned baker Buddy ‘Cake Boss’ Valastro has opened his first restaurant inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, partnering with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla, to bring a taste of Valastro’s family gatherings and beloved heirloom recipes to The Strip. Offering new twists on Italian-American classics and family favorites such as Valastro Sunday Gravy, Steak Pizzailoa, and Lisa’s Capellini Shrimp Scampi, the Buddy V’s menu will also stay true to Buddy’s baking roots with timeless treats such as Bomboloni, Cannoli, and the Buddy’s world famous Lobster Tail Pastry.

Buddy Valastro has made his way from New Jersey to Las Vegas with a casual Italian restaurant based on his large family gatherings. Try favorites based on beloved recipes from his mom, grandmother, and aunts: big portions of Valastro Sunday gravy or Lisa's Linguine and Clams wiht Lobster.
